Quality Assurance Analyst

Position: Full Time
Location: Poole, UK
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to take responsibility for defining and executing test plans and test strategy, coordinating the testing effort within the development team.

You will be influential throughout the whole project/iteration life-cycle, from inception through to delivery, improving delivery team working practices through early defect prevention, comprehensive test coverage, defect analysis and feedback.

You’ll work directly with designers, project managers and developers inspiring others around you to create bug free experiences and intuitive web applications for our global client portfolio.


  • ISTQB certified to at least Advanced Level Test Analyst
  • Proven experience in developing and executing test plans and strategies in an agency environment
  • Experience defining and leading User Acceptance Testing rounds for clients
  • Experience defining client system adoption strategy including training planning and delivery
  • Experience defining and maintaining a QA technology stack and carrying out defect analysis to help improve delivery team working practices
  • Strong understanding of software testing methods and techniques
  • Sound understanding of automated test strategy, what should be tested and at what technical layer
  • Ability to communicate technical decisions or problems to non-technical individuals
  • Passion for keeping up to date with the latest technology and development trends
  • Take personal responsibility for deadlines, deliverables, and tasks
  • Embrace our ‘work hard, play hard’ culture
  • Contribute to collective problem solving for our clients
