So, what are we looking for?

As a Senior Designer at Beep!, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative vision and execution of our digital projects. Your responsibility is to ensure that our design process is thoroughly informed by key design principles and best practices, from the initial brainstorming and concept development stages through to final execution and delivery.

The Role

• Lead the design and development of digital assets, including websites, landing pages, social assets, email template and interactive content. 
• Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines, meeting high standards of creativity and consistency.
• Develop and present design concepts, wireframes and prototypes to internal stakeholders. 
• Provide leadership and mentorship to our junior designs, offering guidance and constructive feedback to allow them to develop and succeed. 
• Work alongside our in-house development team on technical projects.
• Collaborate with all teams internally and externally through clear and efficient processes, particularly for briefings and feedback

The Essentials

• 5+ years of agency experience in conceptualising, designing and delivering projects across all aspects of digital design. 
• Expert proficiency in Adobe creative suite, Figma and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of html/css and basic knowledge of front-end development principles. 
• Strong eye for typography, colour and layout with a passion for crafting pixel-perfect designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Positive and proactive attitude with a creative mindset. You thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide junior team members
