Studio Production Manager

Position: Full Time
Location: Poole, UK
Salary: £35,000-£40,000 +Benefits

So, what are we looking for?
As Beep’s Studio Production Manager, you will be at the core of all we do. From Beep HQ you will join our fast-paced agency to help drive and manage our agency delivery, all while being supported by our studio ops team and alongside Beep’s exceptional creatives, techies and can-doers.

The Role

  • You will manage the production process for all digital content, including graphic design, video production and web development
  • You will be responsible for the scheduling of all projects and tasks throughout the workflow, including managing the team’s individual schedules; daily, weekly and beyond 
  • You will run regular planning meetings with key stakeholders to agree on priorities and schedule work for production
  • You will track the progress of tasks working through the team, ensuring a smooth handover between different functions
  • You will be ensuring clarity around the brief and brief processes. Working alongside key colleagues to determine priorities
  • You will oversee that all work meets the highest quality standards and aligns with the agency’s brand and creative vision and ensure that all work is reviewed and approved by the relevant team
  • You will regularly report on tasks and project progress whilst continually reviewing and refining “the way”. You will prepare and track project budgets and deadlines for the studio
  • You will manage relationships with third-party vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
  • Utilise industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution


  • Exceptional communications, both written and verbal 
  • Epic organisation, time management and planning skills
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
  • An ability to thrive in a fast-moving agency environment
  • A team player through and through with an energetic, can-do attitude
  • Knowledge of creative & digital practices in order to effectively communicate with our teams
  • Drive to take ownership of your own development to stay at the top of your game
