We’re looking for an experienced Video Editor/Motion Graphics Designer to join our team!
We need someone passionate about video production to bring our brands and stories to reality. Video is a big part of our day to day at Beep and you’ll be the person to help take our productions to the next level!

It’s a hands-on role. Working collaboratively with the creative team to create and produce high impact videos and animations, such as explainers, interviews, social, demos, adverts, events, promotional videos and webinars.

The world moves fast and we’re no stranger to tight deadlines. Our dream candidate will demonstrate a balance between high-quality output and efficient delivery. They’ll also be confident handling multiple projects at any one time, no two days are the same at Beep!

Ideally you’ll have a minimum of two years experience within a creative agency and know your way around tools like the Adobe Creative Suite and Final Cut Pro. As a bonus you’ll have knowledge of 3D modelling and animation packages like Cinema 4D.

The Role

• Own and drive video production within the agency
• Produce high-quality, engaging videos for global clients and ourselves
• Guide all video projects from concept and storyboarding through to final delivery, with a focus on post-production and animation
• Have an eye for detailed editing and content production
• Create rich visual assets in After Effects
• Use your initiative and imagination to respond to challenging briefs
• Develop and maintain video production procedures to ensure optimum efficiency
• Work closely with the creative director to ensure work exceeds clients’ expectations
• Work quickly and switch gears skillfully
• Embrace our ‘work hard, play hard’ culture
• Be open to other ways of working, champion new tools and approaches to what you do

Essentials

• Confident in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere on a Mac
• Be able to not only tell a compelling and engaging story, but deliver high quality on-brand projects
• Work closely with the creative director to deliver professional edits, design, and motion deliverables
• Experience in sourcing and liaising with online resources like stock libraries and third-party creative services
• Able to thrive in a fast-moving agency environment
• A team player through and through, holding yourself accountable always
• A positive can do attitude with a flair for thinking differently
