As an Account Manager at Beep, we’re looking for an abundance of positive energy. An inspiration who will take our client experience to new heights. You’ll join a kick-ass team of superheroes, each with their own strengths and powers. Feeding off each others’ talent and our clients’ challenges, you will slot right in and level up our creative excellence around the world.

In short, you are a natural at organising clients and agency teams to generate exceptional results while building an effective, efficient, and consistent client experience.

Essentials

• Responsible for a smooth and indispensable client experience for all your assigned clients and projects
• Document and follow up on important actions and feedback from client meetings
• Organise and lead regular client meetings
• Ensure project deadlines are consciously reviewed or met
• Prepare clear and concise briefs for our designers and developers
• Work closely with the designers and technical teams to ensure projects are scoped and planned correctly
• Help review procedures and processes to ensure we are offering the best possible client experience
• Familiar with Slack, Jira, Google Workspace, and other similar project/time management tools
• Have at least 2 years of agency experience in an accounts role
