The Role

We’re looking for a Junior Digital Designer with a keen eye, creative spark, and a hunger to learn. You’ll work closely with our Head of Design and wider creative and development teams to craft digital experiences that look incredible and perform beautifully.

This is an opportunity to grow fast, learn from industry experts, and gain hands-on experience across branding, web design, and digital storytelling. You’ll support the team in delivering world-class websites, campaigns, and interactive experiences for global brands, building your skills and confidence with every project.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of websites, landing pages, and digital content.
• Work with senior designers to translate concepts into clean, considered visual designs.
• Prepare assets, layouts, and prototypes using modern tools and workflows.
• Contribute to design systems, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design integrity in the final product.
• Assist in brainstorming sessions, creative reviews, and client presentations.
• Keep up to date with digital trends, tools, and creative inspiration.

Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in digital or graphic design (agency or freelance).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with Figma.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end principles.
• Strong visual sense, layout, typography, and colour.
• Eagerness to learn and take feedback from senior team members.
• Collaborative mindset with great communication skills.
• Highly organised and detail-focused, even under pressure.
• Enthusiasm for design, technology, and emerging trends.
