The Role

• Acting as the front-of-house for the agency, both in-person and online, ensuring our studio is a welcoming and well organised space.
• Coordinating studio activities and assisting with the continual improvements to our creative space.
• Managing supplies, refreshments, and ensuring the studio is always equipped and running smoothly.
• Updating and proofreading content across our digital platforms, and those of our clients, using Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Working closely with our Digital Team, supporting them with service desk tasks.
• Assisting with research, contributing ideas to shape team events, culture initiatives, marketing, and social media.
• Supporting onboarding processes for new team members.
• Helping to organise and energise team socials and events.
• Providing administrative support to our senior leadership, design, development and client services teams as needed.
• Becoming the go-to person for all things Beep, guiding team members and clients with a proactive, can-do attitude.

Essentials:

• Previous experience in administration or project management (through work or education).
• A passion for the creative industry and a desire to grow in a fast-paced agency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a confident, approachable personality.
• A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills to juggle priorities with ease.
